Without prejudice to legal obligations, personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected, in any case for the entire duration of the employment contract/collaboration/contact relationship with the data subject, and no later than 10 years from the termination/end of the same. However, Fratelli Bovo may continue to store the data for a longer period, in order to be able to manage any disputes relating to the relationship established.

The personal data shall be processed using computerized and data transmission systems, mainly by electronic and computerized means, as well as on paper in the case of certain specific operations.

Specific security measures are observed in order to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

The personal data collected as above are processed, for the above referred purposes by Fratelli Bovo staff, acting on specific instructions concerning purposes and arrangements of such processing, and by third parties who supply advisory/consultancy activities to the Controller, such as:

  • Computer system Maintenance firms, web site maintenance firms;
  • Organizations, consultants, professional firms (such as accountant, labor consultant, financial institutions, …)
  • Customers/supplier, if the communication is required for the carrying out of services (such as couries)

The subjects to whom the personal data refer can assert their rights, deriving from articles from 15 to 21 of GDPR in the manner set out in art.12 of GDPR, and, consequently:

  • Obtain access to the personal data, their rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or to object to processing, in addition to data portability
  • withdraw consent, if based on art. 6, par. 1, let. a) of GDPR, at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
